測定の流れとコードの関係

構成

主として3つのプログラムから構成される.
- seemon2: I.I.CCDからの画像取り込み, シーイング解析, 望遠鏡制御. dimm1で動作.
- finder: ファインダーCCDからの画像取り込み, 位置検出, 環境モニタの情報取り込み, ドーム制御. dimm2で動作.
- finder_comm: ファインダー上での星像位置情報,環境モニタ情報, ドームステータスをseemon2に送信, ドーム制御コマンドをseemon2から受け取り.dimm2で動作.

seemon2 (as of ver.0.5.6)

起動

起動するとseemon2.c:main()が走る. 各種パラメタ初期化, 星のデータ読み込み(obj.c:read_edb()), finderとの通信確立(socket_client.c:connect_socket()), ログファイル準備(outputlog.c:setoutputfile()), メインウインドウGUI作成, キャプチャウインドウGUI作成(capture_window.c:init_cap_window()), 望遠鏡操作ウインドウGUI作成(telctl_window.c:inittelctl_window())を行い, gtk_main()でメッセージ待ちの状態に入る.

Capture Window

メインウインドウの"Capture Window"が押されると cap_window_callbacks.c:callback_open_window_cap() が呼ばれる. この関数内で cap_window.c:starttimer() を呼び, 一定時間毎にcap_window.c:timeout_reload_image()が起動されるようになる.時間間隔はmseemon.time_reloadで設定される.
timeout_reload_image()では, まず mseemon.is_pointingの値をcheckする.
- mseemon.is_pointing>0の場合, telctl_automatic.c:pointing_proc()を呼び出してポインティング処理を行う(後述).
- mseemon.is_pointing==0の場合の動作モードは以下の3つになる:
  1. mseemon.is_guiding==1: ガイドモード. cap_window.c:reload_image_guiding()を呼び出す.
  2. mseemon.is_guiding==0かつmseemon.is_capturing==1: クイックモード. cap_window.c:reload_image_quick()を呼び出す.
  3. mseemon.is_guiding==0かつmseemon.is_capturing==2: 解析モード. cap_window.c:reload_image()を呼び出す.
これらの処理が一回終了すると, ガイド機能がONになっている場合は(mseemon.guidflg==1), guid.c:check_guid()を実行してガイドが必要か判定する. さらに, 自動観測モード(mseemon.opmode==1)の場合には, telctl_automatic.c:check_auto_status()を実行する(高度,終了時刻,雨/湿度,曇りなどのチェック).

自動導入

自動観測モード/手動モードの切り替えはmseemon.opmode(0:手動, 1:自動)で判定. opmode.c:toggle_opbutton()で切り替える.
capture windowが開いたとき, cap_window.c:timeout_reload_image()が最初に呼ばれたとき, mseemon.is_pointing>0ならばtelctl_automatic.c:pointing_proc()が呼ばれる.
pointing_proc()では, mseemon.is_pointingの値に応じてどの段階から導入を行うかを決定する.:
1. : select new star
2. : point meade
3. : wait for star image in finder fixed
4. : move star to target position in finder image
5. : check star is in I.I. image
6. : centering in I.I. image
これらはそれぞれautopoint_procedure.c:pointproc0[1-6]()を用いて実行する. 成功した場合, mseemon.is_pointingは一つ大きくなる. pointproc06()が成功すると, mseemon.is_pointingは0になり, 解析モードへ移行する.
pointing_proc()が途中で失敗して timeout_reload_image()に戻ってくると, 再び mseemon.is_pointingを1に戻す. 次に timeout_reload_image()が呼ばれたときに pointing_proc()が始まる.

イメージ取り込みとデータ解析

解析モードの場合, cap_window.c:timeout_reload_image()の中から cap_window.c:reload_image()が呼ばれる.
reload_image()は以下の流れになっている:
1. cap_window.c:dvgrab_seq(): /usr/local/bin/grabseq(Cプログラム; 内部で sh script grabdv.shを呼んでいる)を用いてビデオ信号を取り込み, 50枚のppmファイルに変換
2. 50フレームのデータそれぞれについて,
  - cap_window.c:load_pix_buffer2()でppmファイルからバッファに読み込む
  - cap_window.c:copy_to_graybuffer()で pixel buffer(RGB)からgray scaleのバッファに読み込む
  - get_cg.c:search_peak()でカウントのピークを検出 (前回の読み込み時の星の位置(mseemon.star_center[0/1])の周りで, 指定した矩形サイズ(mseemon.star_rect[0/1])を 3x3でスムージングしてカウントを調べる. mseemon.star_rect[0/1]はデフォルト値は RECT_WID, RECT_HGTで, setting ダイアログで変更可能になっている (prefs.c).
  - get_cg.c:calc_cg()で星像の重心を計算する.
  - 二つの星像の重心の差を計算
  - (mseemon.is_trackingが1であれば) 次に使う星像中心を, 現在の計算で得られた重心位置にする.
3. get_cg.c:ana_r0()でfried parameterとFWHMの計算を行う. ana_r0()は以下のような流れ:
  - 50個の重心の差のデータに対し, 標準偏差を求め, 1sigmaでクリッピングを1回かける (1sigmaでも50個中47-50個は使っている).
  - クリップしたデータに対し改めて標準偏差を求め, Sarazin and Roddier (1990), A&A 227, 294の式に従ってr0を計算. r0からFWHMを推定. この時, イメージのx方向がtransverse, y方向がlongitudinalと仮定しているので, 星像は上下に並んでいる必要がある.
  - 現在時刻をPCの時計から取得し, 現在選択している星のra, decと観測サイトの緯度経度から天体の高度を計算し, 高度を補正したFWHMを計算.
  - (mseemon.is_recordingが1であれば) ログに書き出す (get_cg.c:appendlog()).
4. mseemon.is_trackingが1の場合, 星像中心の距離が離れすぎていないか, 得られたFWHMが大きすぎないか, をチェックし, いずれかにあてはまる場合はfinderの星像のカウントから曇っているかを判定 (find_star.c:is_cloudy()).
  - 曇っている場合, 一旦解析モードを抜けて, クイックモードに移り, I.I.で星が見つかるのを待つ (cap_window.c:reload_image_quick()).
  - 曇っていない場合, find_star.c:get_stars()を用いて星像が見つからないか試す. 見つかれば続行, 見つからなければ telctl_automatic.c:recover_stars()を用いて, finderの星像を目標位置にもってきて星像が見つからないか試みる. それでもだめならmseemon.is_pointingを2にして, ポインティングをやり直す.

finder_comm

finder_commはseemon2とfinderとのデータのやりとりのために存在する. finder_comm側でsocketを用意し (finder_comm.c:create_socket()), seemon2から接続する(seemon2:socket_client.c:connect_socket()).
測定中やポインティング中は, seemon2側からsocketに任意の文字列を送る(seemon2:socket_client.c:read_finder_coords()). finder_comm側はこれに応じて, POSFILE(/usr/local/share/seemon2/pos.txt)からfinder上の位置,及び雨の有無, 湿度, ドームステータス(3=open, 1=close, 2=unknown)を読み取って, socketを介してseemon2へ送る.
seemon2からはドームの開閉のコマンドも送ることができる. seemon2:telctl_automatic.c:stop_operation()では "dclose"という文字列を送ることでdimm2側にドームを閉めるよう指令している.
ドーム開閉のための関数はdome.cに書かれている (服部君による).
